Who stays at Global Luxury Suites and Why?
Global Luxury Suites serves both business and leisure clients. Whether you are relocating, on a short-term job assignment, in between homes, or simply enjoying the city, Global Luxury Suites has a home for you.
How are the apartments equipped?
Global Luxury Suites designs its own residences to provide all the comforts and luxuries of home. Our designers are involved in choosing everything from the furniture and wall décor to the housewares and bed linens.

Where are your apartments located?
Our apartments are located in residential neighborhoods close to business and commercial districts. Whether you desire proximity to work, school, shopping, entertainment, or public transportation, we have apartments that will suit your needs.
What is the difference between a Global Luxury Suites and a typical hotel?
Global Luxury Suites offers hotel service with the comfort of home. Fully equipped private apartments in residential buildings. There is more space and privacy, so residents can entertain or hold meetings without renting a separate room—and with a full kitchen, residents have the option to cook their own meals.
Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there are laundry facilities in all of our buildings—most are inside the apartments themselves.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30% non refundable down payment to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival and is at that time is no longer refundable.
If cancelled within 30 days of arrival and we are able to re-book any of the nights, we will refund the difference after 48 hours of the last day of the reservation.
Do you charge any other fees other than the rental charge?
Many of our properties require a $100.00 – $150.00 cleaning charge as well as state lodging taxes. Talk to your representative for more details.
Are utilities included in the apartment rent?
Utilities and cable/phone/Internet are included at no additional charge.
Can I bring my pet?
In most buildings, yes. However, there is a non-refundable cleaning fee for allergen and hygiene purposes, and some limitations on weight and breed. Arrangements need to be made at the time of the booking.
Long Term Stay- $500 Per Pet, Dog or Cat
Short Term Stay- $250 Per Pet, Dog or Cat
Is smoking allowed?
All our buildings are non-smoking.
No smoking or other substance use is allowed anywhere in the buildings including balconies or in outdoor amenities such as gardens and pools.
What time is move in/out?
Move in time is after 4pm. Move out time is 11am. If you need to make special arrangements, please call Customer Service at (844) 372-7411.
