We are committed to providing the highest level of service, comfort, and care to our guests. In light of the current circumstances, we are taking additional steps to increase the safety and sanitization of our properties and workplaces.
All Global Luxury Suites furnished apartments are thoroughly cleaned after each resident has checked out and before another guest checks in. All linens are changed and surfaces are sanitized (handles, windows, appliances, countertops, furniture, etc.). In addition, our teams will be fully sanitizing common areas such as business centers and recreation rooms for guests’ safety.
In our offices, we have encouraged employees to stay home if they are experiencing any signs of the flu or common cold to maintain the safest workplace possible, and have extended paid sick leave to those requiring time off.
For all reservations that are booked after March 16th 2020, Global Luxury Suites is extending a flexible cancellation policy for guests requiring reservation cancellation due to COVID-19. Please review the policy below for details.
All GLS Direct bookings under 21 days:
Cancellations will be accepted until 48 hour prior to check-in. A credit will be issued for use towards a future stay (expires after 1 year).
All GLS Direct bookings of 21+ days:
Cancellations will be accepted until 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a FULL REFUND with the signing of a waiver.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the policy accordingly, if and when necessary.
